CHIEF (DR) ALOYSIUS S. NWACHI.
Before joining the company, he worked variously in a number of organizations, including SGS Inspection Services Nigeria Limited, where he worked for about 18 years and retired at a Senior Management level. At SGS, he worked in various divisions spending many years in senior Management positions. He also attended various local and overseas courses. He currently oversees the day to day running of the company as MD/CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER.
ENGR. LIVINUS A. OKAM is a seasoned expert in the cargo inspection industry. He started his career as a Produce Inspector with the Imo State Government. He served with the Pipelines and Products Marketing Company of NNPC where he was extensively exposed to the petroleum industry. He subsequently joined the SGS Inspection Services Nig. Ltd. where he was for more than 10 years, rising to the position of Deputy Divisional Head (Oil & Gas). Engr. Okam is a holder of BSc. Tech (FUTO), M.Sc (UNILAG). Chemical Engineering and MBA (Int’l. Business) Certificates. He has attended many professional courses both local and overseas. He is a well-known resource fellow and consultant in Oil and Gas matters. Currently, he is the DEPUTY MANAGING DIRECTOR AND CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER of the company
YAHAYA Z. KASSIM is a Legal Practitioner of several years standing with considerable wealth of experience in academic, commercial and general practice. He has worked in a number of organizations including College of Legal Studies, Katsina; Nestle Foods Nig. PLC. BEWAC PLC. He joined the company in1995 and is currently the EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, LEGAL & ADMIN SERVICES of the company.
SAM OBASI is a seasoned professional in the areas of Marketing and administration. He started his career in SGS inspection Services from where he moved to Banex Group as the Manager Export and later to Bureau Veritas Nigeria Limited. He is currently the GENERAL MANAGER, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT. Mr Obasi is a chartered Administrator (ACIA), holds an MBA from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology Ogbomosho and B. Tech from the Federal University of Technology Owerri.
KINGSLEY ORIE is a career administrator, and a trained professional in human resources management, labour and industrial relations. An experienced hand, Mr. Orie has behind him more than two decades of on-the-job exposure and training both locally and overseas with international companies including SGS, Nigeria where he voluntarily resigned as Manager Administration & National Quality Manager. At GMO, he is the SENIOR MANAGER, HUMAN RESOURCES & MANPOWER DEVELOPMENT.
OKORIE IDIKA OKORIE holds both a Diploma in Marketing and a B.Ed degree in Geography 1978 from the University of Ibadan. He is a Chartered Accountant of repute (ICAN) and a Chartered Tax practitioner (CTIN) former Chief Accountant of Premier Plant Leasing Nigeria Limited, Lagos and former Managing Partner IDIKA OKORIE & CO. (Chartered Accountants). He is currently the CHIEF ACCOUNTANT OF GMO.
IFEANYI OBOH holds a National Diploma in Civil Engineering and worked in SGS Inspection Services Nigeria Ltd as a field inspector (Petroleum Division) from 1989 to 1992. He joined GMO as Senior Petroleum Inspector in 1995 and is currently ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER (AGM), OPERATIONS.
ENGR. JOHN AWUBARE AKELE, holds B. Eng and M.Sc, in Chemical Engineering from University of Port – Harcourt and University of Lagos respectively. He worked with NNPC and PPMC as industrial attaché and National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) member before joining GMO as cargo surveyor. He has attended numerous trainings and workshops and is currently a SENIOR OPERATIONS MANAGER.
ENGR. CHARLES U. ONWU: Holds B.Sc. Tech. (Chemical & Petroleum Tech) from Federal University of Technology Owerri and M.Sc. Chemical Engineering from University of Lagos. He has attended many professional courses within the country. He worked as Technical Manager with Ty-Chemical / Oil Limited. He later joined So Fine Chemical Industry Ltd as Project Developer/Safety Manager. He is currently working with GMO as Technical/ Project Manager
FRANCIS UKACHUKWU – worked with SGS for over 25 years before making inroads into GMO as Area Coordinator overseeing its operations in the Eastern zone of the organization. He has vast experience in Quality and Quantity cargo superintendence, crude oil/petroleum products inspection garnered over the years from local and International training. Mr. Ukachukwu brings with him into GMO expertise and quality. He oversees the company’s activities in Port Harcourt and its environs.
ENGR. UDE ASO E. studied Chemical Engineering at the Federal University of Technology Owerri. He holds several advanced certificates including in AspenTech HYSIS, Industrial Application for Fluid Measurement Instrumentation, Nigerian Institute of management (NIM). He has worked in several firms, where he specialized in using Information Computer Technology (ICT) in providing solutions. He joined GMO since 2009 as a senior cargo Inspector with experience in petroleum products, crude and gas certifications. Currently, he is currently the Senior Technical Executive of the Company.
ELVIS CHUKWUEMEKA OKA, He hold a B.Sc. in Business Administration from University of Lagos and have attended many professional courses within the country. A seasoned Administrator and Banker. Started his career with First Bank of Nigeria Plc. (International Banking Division) He later joined EDM Associates, a Consulting firm from where he moved to Chanelle Microfinance Bank before joining General Marine and Oil Services Limited (GMO). He is currently the Business Development Manager at GMO.

OSIPITAN ADEYINKA RONKE holds a B.Sc. in Microbiology from Olabisi Onabanjo University and M.Tech from Federal University of Technology, Akure. She has worked with AIICO Insurance and SOLEX as a Marketer, where she acquired a lot of experience in marketing. She is currently the Marketing Executive of the company.
